We guarantee delivery Required once orders are placed and payment is transferred. And the tracking number will be sent as soon as the goods are shipped out. However, we can not check the status of the shipment after it leaves our shipping department. Delays can be caused due to weather problems or any other circumstances beyond our responsibility.

For the comfort and security of our customers, we offer the option of shipping your order with a mandatory direct signature. Please note that if you select to receive your package without signature required, must be held responsible for thatshould your package lost in transit or after childbirth.

Returns & Exchanges

Here in our online shop we strive to provide high quality products and service to our customers. We know that online shopping is not always available to you expect when receiving orders. You are required to contact us before sending the items back. Please note that do not cover the shipping cost of returns or exchanges, and management costs. Moreover, we can not be responsible for lost shipments

All the goods must comply with these guidelines below.

All merchandise must be worn. All returned items with signs of wear or damage that may have occurred while he was in possession of the customer prevent their return. We can only accept returns that are in a resalable condition.

Return should contain intact box and original packaging plus any accessories or extras that can be included along with the shipment.

Your return should be packaged in a protective shipping box. Items returned with postage stickers on the original packaging will be considered worn and will not be refunded. Only apply your shipping label for your own protection box and NOT the shoe box. If your answer will be sent to us without a protective cardboard box, we will not be able to accept the return.

The return is valid until 15 days after the date of receipt shown by the tracking system. Please note that there is no guaranteed delivery date for the return. Upon receipt, we process your return immediately and send a confirmation email. Please contact us if you do not receive a confirmation email within one month of his return. After releasing the return, please allow 48 hours for your bank to return the funds to your account. You can take an entire cycle of the credit card before returning it appears on your statement.


Exchanges are under the same guidelines as returns must be within 15 days of receipt, unworn, undamaged, and accompanied by all the original packaging.

We will accept exchanges for a different size or color within 15 days of original order shipment. Please contact us with your Order ID and one of our team members will help.

Please note that you can not swap the order for a different style, simply a new order for the replacement style. If you receive a product that feels dissatisfied and would like to exchange for a different one, you will have to return your items for a refund (as the return policy per person) and a new order for the style you prefer.

Order Cancellation

Please contact us within 24 hours after you pay if you want to cancel the order. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched we will be treated in compliance with our return policy.
